Hi,
my friend's pc has a stock GTX 1080 ti, stock i7 7700, and 16 GB of DDR4 ram; we were surprised that it was not able to run this game maxed out (no AA) @ 4 K res, and at or beyond 60 fps. From what i can remember, he was getting >30fps but <47 fps. This was without the ultra HD texture pack.

Out of curiosity, what would one need to max out this game @ 4K @ or beyond 60 fps avg?
