Hello,

I have been having serious issues with bowel movements and ciatic pain on the left side of my hips sacral area, which is extended to all my leg and upper body part, including my jaw. Its been worse for the last 8 months. I have had difficults to pass wind and stool, feeling like my sacral and intestine areas are completely aleep. When one bowl movement comes to pass wind I urinate first. It has been hard to understand whats going on and after reading the article about CIP syndrome I kind felt that could be my problem. When I manage to defecate the stool consistency and color looks normal, i just feel that something is blocking its way. Can somebody give an advice about what I could do before going to the doctor? Thank you
